The LeadPond Manager application features an easy to use interface, featuring a simple toolbar menu and home screen. The home screen and top toolbar menu feature links to all the important screens that you will need. Depending on your level of access (Admin, Manager, or Employee), you will see the options necessary for you to perform your tasks.
The Referrals page is your source for quickly listing and searching referrals. The referral list features several built-in filters for quickly filtering the referrals, or you can edit the filter and or search directly for referrals.
The Referral Details page contains all the information you need to process a referral. Collect personal or business information about your prospect on the details tab. Enter and manage activities, comments, and results (e.g. sales), on their separate tabs. You can also refer prospects to other businesses in your network (if configured) from the Referral Details page. Also, you can view any payouts associated with the referral, based on configured incentives.
The Activity Calendar page features a monthly calendar listing all of your assigned activities and followups. Select a date, and you will see a detailed list of the activities and followups. Then click on an activity of followup link to manage the details, including dates and times.
The Connections page is the place to manage connections to your business. Connections are people or entities outside of your business who can submit referrals and earn incentives. Similar to the referrals list, you can filter and search the connections list to quickly find a connection.
The Business Setup page allows you to fully configure your business. Manage all aspects of your business within the LeadPond Manager application, including branches, departments, employees, incentives, and products. Additionally, if your network contains multiple businesses, you can configure your relationships to those businesses via the relationships tab. If you process a high volume of referrals and need to inactivate older referrals, you can do so via the maintenance plans tab.
The Manager Dashboard contains concise information about the state of your system. Quickly view statistical data, including referral counts, sales counts, and sales dollars in the performance summary section. There are also graphs that show referral and sales data for the previous 12 months.
The Manager Reports page contains links to various reports about referrals, sales, employees, and payouts. Selecting a report will open a new browser tab where you can view, print, or export the report.
